He maintains an active clinical practice as a cardiovascular radiologist at the University of Pennsylvania where he was formerly Chief of 3D and Advanced Imaging. Bill is an active member of the Philadelphia startup community and is a member of Robin Hood Ventures.

Gregory is an accomplished healthcare IT entrepreneur with extensive experience in pioneering globally-recognized informatics technology solutions in healthcare. Throughout his career, he has founded and led several successful healthcare startups, serving as President and CEO of Radimetrics Inc., acquired by Bayer HealthCare, as well as TPS Healthcare Group and eFilm, acquired by Merge Healthcare. Over the last several years other industry-leading healthcare companies have leveraged his vast experience in innovation.

Woojin is a musculoskeletal radiologist, imaging informaticist, and entrepreneur. He was a co-founder of Montage Healthcare Solutions and subsequently Chief Medical Information Officer at Nuance. Previously, Woojin had served as interim Chief of the Division of Musculoskeletal Imaging at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Woojin has been an active member of imaging informatics within various societies, including the SIIM Board of Directors and ACR Informatics Advisory Council, focusing on data mining, analytics, and machine learning/deep learning.

John is an experienced health IT technologist. As the founding engineer at Montage Healthcare Solutions, John led the creation of an industry-best search and analytics product suite. He has significant experience in data science and scalable cloud-native solutions. His background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from Vanderbilt University.

As a skilled healthcare IT entrepreneur, John brings a wealth of experience in global business development, account management, and OEM channel management in healthcare informatics. Prior to his role at Equium, John was President and CEO at MedCurrent Corporation, Global Business Development Director at Montage Healthcare, Vice President and Partner at Radimetrics Inc., and was also part of the original eFilm Medical team.

Jay is an experienced finance and operations executive with over three decades in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and startup operations. Jay started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ran acquisitions analysis for Primedia, a KKR owned company, and became VP of Corporate Development for Haights Cross Communications. Over the last 15 years he has been providing services to early to mid-stage companies for fundraising, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions for over 25 clients. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from New York University and his MBA from Columbia University.
